From a food truck without ventilation to brick and mortal kitchen...
Curbside Deli is the result that comes from a story that means much more beyond just food and drink. Had to leave behind their beloved country because of war, the old couple created a family, they strived together, worked relentlessly and went through all kinds of hardships for over 40 years. But the root stayed in their heart, the image of the familiar dishes that always associated with the image of their fellow countrymen, who are also hard-working and diligent. That's the reason why they created the Curbside Food Truck and dedicated over a decade to serve the working community in the Queen Anne area with the utmost sincerity.
